I didn’t take this seriously when I first read it (about a month ago when it was first written), but I’ve been eating at least one piece of fruit per day for the last two weeks or so. Snacks now consist of an apple or banana or maybe some cashews. The trick is buying fruit instead of cookies and not-really-that-healthy granola bars, which sounds ridiculous but is really all it takes. I still need to cut out all the mall food at work though.
